Michael Dwyer | Client Services Manager
Background;
Originally from Sheffield, Michael has spent 26 years serving in the Royal Air Force. His highly effective managerial skills have been forged whilst working throughout the world on many different projects.
Experience;
Having served in the Royal Air Force from 1982 until 2008, Michael has a distinct managerial and leadership style. He has been responsible for a variety of projects throughout his career, including the worldwide responsibility for the management and movement of the whole vehicle fleet within the Royal Air Force. He was also heavily involved with peace keeping and community regeneration in Bosnia in the late 90s. He holds a City & Guilds Graduateship (GCGI) in Leadership & Management; he is also a member of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership & Management. He has a proven track record of project management, where he has often worked under extreme pressure whilst displaying an innate ability of maintaining a clear focus on the project in hand. His love of people, project management skills, as well as networking abilities brings added strength to the Icon Events team and vision in 2010.
What does Michael do?
Michael supports the Client Services Director in day to day project management of events, engagement activity as well as client care.
